UMBERTO COMES FROM A LITTLE TOWN IN CALABRIA, SOUTH ITALY. 90% OF THE POPULATION IN THE TOWN HAS RESTAURANT ACTIVITIES EXPENDED ALL OVER THE WORLD. THE ART OF GOOD FOOD HAS BEEN TRANSMITTED FROM MULTIPLE GENERATIONS FROM MOTHER TO SON, AND UMBERTO HAS DRIVEN FORWARD THE TRADITION BY USING EQUALITY PRODUCTS OF HIGH QUALITY IMPORTED DIRECTLY FROM ITALY. HE HAD WORKED IN ITALY UNTIL HE MOVED TO SWEDEN WITH HIS FAMILY IN YEAR 2013. WHEN HE ARRIVED HE WORKED IN DIFFERENT RESTAURANTS AND LATER DECIDED TO OPEN FJÄLLRIPAN IN THE BLUE SEA. THE RESTAURANT IS LOCATED IN THE GREAT BLUE SEA IN THE NORTH WEST CORNER OF JÄMTLAND, MUNICIPALITY OF STRÖMSUNDS. THE RESTAURANT INCLUDES THE SKIDLIFT IN THE BLUE SEA MOUNTAINS, AN ALPINE RIDGE WITH SWEDEN'S FOURTH HIGHEST RUNNING VALUE AND BEAUTIFUL VIEWS OF THE MOUNTAINS IN THE ENTIRE SKY SYSTEM. THE LARGE BLUE SEA IS A PARADISE FOR SKIERS, SHOOTER, FISHERIES, HUNTERS. IT IS ALSO VERY POPULAR FOR PICKING BERRIES AND MUSHROOMS. THE RESTAURANT HAS A SERVICE WITH ABOUT 40 SITTINGS AND A LARGE BEAUTIFUL PORCH WITH 25 SEATS.
